Hello, I have had severe headache since 3 weeks. No major accompanying symptoms. Just a tingling feeling in the whole body at random times (not always). No major nausea. Got blood test reports done thrice (latest CBC attached). ESR 10. CRP 1. Had mild maxillary sinusitis in right maxillary sinus as per X-Ray PNS - done two weeks back. Painkiller effects last only for few hours. Unable to sleep properly which also causes fatigue. Please guide what should be done next.
