Hello, BP TO MONITOR Eye check up Tab cephagrain two times a day after food as required. Tab sibelium 10 mg one at night. Avoid flavors edible or bodily, no cheese,paneer, no better nut, no mukhwash etc.light home made food. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water butter milk etc.ok.
