I'm under medication of a kidney stone,but i am having a severe headache,would Nurofan 400 mg will worsen my kidney condition if i take?pls help..thank you in advance!

Continue treatment for kidney stone,please mention the constituent drug of Nurofan ,it appears to be a trade name only.
