Severe headache from last 4 years

Have headache since last 4 years. It increase while studying,seeing laptop for not more than 5 minutes or doing any exertion. Taken treatment from many doctors be it ophthalmologist or be it neurologist there is no recovery till now. All investigating tests are done but no disease is confirmed. Taking medicine have not solved the problem.
