I am having ear ache in both my ears and severe body ache and fatigue. I am feeling too tired to even sit. I don't have fever but I am feeling feverish. I have taken paracetamol but the problem persists. What could be the issue?? Please help.

You can get Complete Blood Count and Covid-19 RT-PCR  done. Also consume plenty of fluids including juices and coconut water. Take Vitamin C and Multivitamin Supplements. Take Tab.Dolo 650 for fever or body pain.
