Did u have flu or upper respiratory symptoms like cough nasal obstruction prior to it then it may be acute otitis media, take tablet augmentin 625 mg twice a day, tab zerodol sp for the pain, tablet lorfats am bed time. And do one stat dose of of inj dexamethasone 8 mg.
