Severe ear pain buzzing sound in ears

Pain started in right ear 2 weeks before, but not continuously, there is constant pain since last 2 - 3 days. Buzzing sound is there in both ears since last one day along with severe pain in left ear.

May be pain is due to accumulated wax in the ear. Do propre examination and do treatment.
