Severe pain inside left ear due to cold. Pinching inside ear and it is unbearable. One side Headache at left side. What is the remedy.

You might be suffering condition known as eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. Meanwhile you can do valsalva maneuver and use over the counter analgesics for pain management
