Hello sir you should take homoeopathic medicine which gives you permanent cure and consult a good homoeopathic doctor.

Cough and hiccups can also be caused by a problem related to stomach and food pipe. ( gastritis, GERD , hiatus hernia) You MAY require another opinion and even investigation as well. For now meet an experienced homeo dr in your city with whom you can followup regularly.

If you know what medicine you have taken previously then increase the potency.if not then consult any homoeopath.
