My son is of 5 years n he is having cough since 10 days he is unable to sleep at night plzz guide me

History suggests theres no fever. I think it is less likely of infective origin, and could be more of allergic variety. Need to know if there is history of Allergy/Asthama in family of either parents or siblings. Kindly see your pediatrician, as he is in better position to guide you.

Dear parents     Give your child the below medicine     Syp Azithromycin200mg 1 teaspoon once a day    SypFlucold DS 1 teaspoon ful three times a day   Syp Axalin 1/2 teaspoon ful three times a day       All Medicines for 5 days      If after 3 days no improvement consult a PAEDIATRICIAN
