Severe diarrhoea since a week

It started 6 days ago went to a doctor she gave some meds for 2 days it still didn't work. So went again now she gave me loperamide 2mg. It slowed the loose motion for a while but I can still feel stomach pain and distress. What to do

What's is it's consistency like watery,semisolid or solid associated with fever,vometing? No of episode per day?
Next Steps
start pre and pro biotics, tab cyclopam and ors 3-4 lt per day
Health Tips
if feeling of giddiness,not resolving better to get admitted. you may land up in renal failure
