I've had life long depression, since I was 2. I've gone through different binges eating to self-harm, to extreme self loathing. I have no one who I can talk to and I can't afford medication or even a doctor to visit.

please get help. money is not an issue in our country which majority ppl are poor. Pls find ur self a public / government hospital. The services there are free
