hi, i wonder what have you been doing since then. You shoud see a dentist soon, as the problem can affect your other teeth too or can lead to other oral secondary infections.

4 years is really a very long tym dear.dont wait for more years please.here ur queries  dsnot give any idea about ur exact problm so i suggest to to personally go n meet a dentist nearby
