Seasonal cough are generally due to viral infection or allergens, though bacterial involvement/ pneumonia should be ruled out. Viral infection generally has a course of 7 days and allergy remains as long there is an allergen. The treatment depends on the age and weight of the child none of which are mentioned above, nor are there any attached reports.
If there is reccurent cough, asthma should be ruled out
If cough persists for more than 15 days, TB should be ruled out.
