Severe Cough( dry), Sore throat

I having severe cough from past 4 days. The problem started initially with laryngitis. I took antibiotic laryngitis subsided, today I took azithral 500 feeling better, but cough remains. I want to know what best medicine i should take for cough problem. Thanking You.
