Severe cold, cough,throat irritation with body pains past 3 days. Used sumocold tablet, no relief, severe weakness. Do I need to take antibiotic. Kindly advise.

Hello, hot saline gargel before food two times.. Tab sigmoflam eight hourly after food for three to five days. Tab montuk lc one at night for three to five days.tab flexon three to five days after food. Ok.plenty of fluid.luckwarm nibupani.light diet.ok.
