I have severe case of head lice from the past few months i am using mediker anti lice shampoo to get rid of lice it previously worked but because i cant handle even a little pain i am not able to get rid of nits using nit comb so it increased and the pain increased, i itch my head so much that it bleeds and causes scabs so sometimes when i take shower my head feels like it burning to due to scabs or broken skin i suppose and i feel pain in my head also when i sleep because of scans and broken skin due to itching.so now due to scabs i cannot brush the lice out well and it is painfull. Scabs are painfull to remove + is it even okay to remove the scabs?. My scalp is sticky oily and my head stinks. Here are the images of my head.
