I'm suffering from severe bodyache from last few days. Earlier headache was not there but today headache is also there. Some sensation is there in the body. Weakness is also there.

Can be anemia or multi vitamin deficiency too. I would recommend you get your hemoglobin checked and consult a physician in person. Keep in mind any menstrual problems or possible pregnancy too.
