Good morning sir, I am 39 years old Male suffering from acute back pain since 2 days. I am unable sit and sleep with ease. Pain at back side ribs. What might be my problem sir? Kindly help me out. If I bend my neck I am getting pain at back side of ribs. Any treatment in homeopathy. Thank you
