  4. Severe appetite loss. Any suggestions?

My son is suffering from severe cough and mild fever .. while we consulted a doctor and gave medicine Crocin for fever and ambrolite s for cough and also syp cetzene..what worries me is that he isn't eating anything from past 2 days . He has turn pale and has absolutely no energy to do anything. . Any suggestions?
