Severe anxiety, confusion, & depression
Been on anti-deps for over a decade, and they made me feel good. But without addressing underlying issues (family, relationships, preferences and lifestyle), it went into a full-blown medicine-based treatment. At one point been on 80mg Fluoexetine, 100mg Desven, and now slowly weaned off them all. I still need a little help but I refuse to go back the old way of medicines. Maybe moderate, maybe short term, but I sure don't want to hear someone saying lifetime of medicine cause that's a lie!

The medicines are given for what issues. Were those issues addressed at any point of time? Are you still continuing with the medicines? Have a decade use of medicines caused any side effects?
Like these there are many questions to be answered.
One sure thing is that if the underlying issues are resolved or if you have been given a understanding of life, the whole problem can be resolved.
