Severe anal pain while passing stool

For almost 10 days I've been suffering with severe  anal pain and difficulty in passing stool  but there is no bleeding, i have used anovate cream symptoms and even cremaffin syrup along chymoral forte but i found only very slight improvement but from today again pain increased even when the stool is soft
