Severe allergy in eyes; watery and itchy after consuming carbonated drink and if exposed to sunshine, if pets around, Happens with some foods as well (coconut, diary products, beans etc.,)

Best way is to avoid as much as you can. Use olopatadine and ketorolac eye drops thrice daily along with lubricant eye drops three times daily.
Next Steps
visit an ophthalmologist.
