Hi I get pus filled pimples near my nose and even inside the nose. I am facing this issue from 3-4 years. I have visited many doctors but I unable to get permanent relief from this. I have very oily skin. Medicines that i have consumed are droxcl, microdox, augmentin etc and also i have tried isotretinion but had to stop because of high lipid profiles. Creams that i have applied are clindac A (clindamycin), retino ac, deriva, azithromycin etc. But it all gave temporary relief. Doctor has suggested that only isotretoinion can resolve this problem but i cant consume it because fluctuating lipid profile. I have also tried salicyclic peeling. Please suggest the permanent relief.
