The doctor has prescribed me doxycycline capsules for treatment. Is it ok to go to the gym while taking the doxycycline? I'm having headaches and joint pain while taking the capsule. Any ayurvedic medicine like Liverin and Arshad available?

Alternate safe medicine available.. depends on the grade..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

It is safe. Kindly rule out other reasons for headache and joint pain with help of a doctor. I'm an allopathic doctor so cannot comment on ayurvedic medications.

Sometimes doxycycline may have side effects. So instead, an alternative antibiotic can be prescribed depending on your skin condition.A detailed skin examination and history will be required to formulate a treatment plan for you. Kindly visit our clinic for a proper skin diagnosis and treatment.
