Severe ache in tooth,
Have got tootache from 1 month, took antibiotic ,was ok now again it is started. have got cavity .using colgate plax often to subside the pain,

Severe tooth ache can be because of neve damage. There is a possibility that you may need a root canal with the infected tooth.
Antibiotics and colgate Plax are not long term solutions.

Possibly there is infection in teeth due to deep cavity. X - ray is recommended for further diagnosis. Most likely you have to go for Root Canal Treatment to take out all infection from the teeth. Please visit dentist to have in depth checkup and diagnosis.

Hi,Please visit a dentist to get the treatment done instead of taking antibiotics & colgate plax as this will give you temporary relief.The cavity in tooth might be deep & depending on the amount of tooth structure present it will require either tooth removal or root canal treatment.
