Severe Ache in Sweat glands

The sweat glands in my right armpit have been aching since 12 hours, and the pain is radiating throughout my shoulder and arm. The painkiller could only dull the pain. Now the pain has spread through to the neck as well. Could someone suggest some pain relief meds? May be even advice on the cause of this pain.
