I have been having sever neck pain past one week, tried putting ice pack, hot water bag, balms, oils, changed sleeping posture etc. bug the pain doesn't seem to go away. The pain increases on touching the area too. i have been taking OTC medicines. What should i do?

Use a soft cervical collar. Restrict usage of mobile phone. Do not bend your neck forward. Keep applying warm water bags. Take Tab Flexon MR 2 times a day after food for 3 days Apply pain relief spray.
