I have a severe back pain for last two days. Unable to walk,sleep and bend forward. I have taken painkiller, but don't get relief. please guide me.

This could be a acute muscle spasm or if it is a repeat episode then a disc problem should be ruled.out. Get a X-ray of the lumbosacral spine done and consult a Ortho surgeon who will advice medicines and physiotherapy.
