Iam taking serta 25 for past 1 year initially its doing well on my anxiety after that iam having irritable thoughts but not anxiety whenever I go out Whenever I do my works & Iam unable to distract my thoughts it's makes me so depressed

Sir the dose are tailored for each individual and there is a possibility of tolerance over period of time... I would recommend you consult a psychiatrist and increase the dose of sertraline to 50 mg as it is the minimal effective dose.

Hi sertraline 25 mg is the usual starting dose. Dose needs to be adjusted, once you can tolerate it. Please consult a Psychiatrist
