My foreskin doesn't slips back when erection of my penis and my penis is tilted towards the left side Please suggest what to do? Does there is any possible treatment please help?

Tilted penis is not abnormal condition , but problem of foreskin may be due to dryness beneeth( dry smegma), Within few days it will be alright by cleaning properly with warm water. Other wise here is good treatment for it in classical homoeopathy.
