Is the recovery from the above more painful and traumatic than the recovery from a Septoplasty and FESS?

Yes a little more as nasal bones have to be broken and cast has to be placed above nasal dorsum for sometime ... But if u r asking about amount of pain ... Then it can be managed with painkillers
