Septate uterus

I have been told i have a septated and anteverted uterus measuring 73*33 mms in my recent ultrasound scan. I was pregnant earlier last year and had a missed miscarriage as there was bo heartbeat detected. I had 5 scans done at that time but none of them revealed about septated uterus. Is this something i should be worrying about regarding my ability to concieve and have a healthy pregnancy?
