Senstivity in molar very high senstivity

Very high senstivity in molar teeth even not able to take food. Kindly suggest the medicine.when i eat the food a very high senstivity pain occur only in one molar teeth

As your saying your sensitivity is pertaining to one molar tooth only. It is highly likely that it might be due to the presence of a cavity,most probably a cavity not visible to you. Nevertheless, you can do the following things.

Rx Tab ketorol DT- once when you feel the pain. Not more than twice a day. Thermoseal toothpaste - use twice daily. Thermoseal ultrasoft toothbrush-brush in circular motion.

Hello Sir Welcome to Practo - Better you need a crown Sir  or (rct + crown) if too sensitive . For now - - Vantez Toohtpaste. -Hyora K moutwash. Avoid Sweet or cold food.  Let me know if any other discomfort . Thanks Alot.

Elaborate more on your history.Pain and sensitivity is completely different from one another and so is the treatment for the two. Do you feel sensitivity or sharp pain while having food?

Apply Thermoseal RA paste. Keep it in contact with the tooth surface for 5 mins n then brush or wash.Use a soft brush. Use thrice daily for a fortnight. Take tab Ketorol DT ,thrice daily after food for 3 days. Hope u do not have any drug allergies? If u have acidity take antacid with the pain killer. If u do not feel better pl feel to call.

I am not so sure of available dentist in Bangalore right now. For the time being, do have these medicines prior to extraction of tooth, if you haven't had any yet Considering you are not pregnant/lactating mother, T. augmentin duo 625, 3 times/day.after food 10 tablets. T.metrogyl 400, 3 times/day.after food 10 tablets. T.ultracet/zerodol PT,maximum 3 tablets a day,if pain,after food T. Roles D,once a day, before food,for 4 days T.A to z gold, once a day, after food,10 tablets. If feverish, that can be as a secondary  infection from tooth.

visit dentist, clinical examination and x-ray to be done followed by treatment options.

do not do hot compression /balm/ointment application extra-orally. avoid very hot/cold/hard/sweet/sticky food soft diet do not neglect brushing after meal. hold mouthful of Luke warm salt water in for sometime; you can do it for few times a day, if it's relieving your pain, even partially.
