Hi.. Extraction of the tooth is advisable. Tablet. Ketorol -DT can be taken in half glass of water. Regards

T-Lac or Ketorol DT(half an hour before food) will reduce pain with warm salt water gargling and antibiotics which has to be taken with the advice of a physician. An xray of the offending tooth is a must.
