I am suffering from sensitivity in one of my tooth which was done with root canal tresatment 3 years back. Im unable to suffer the pain. Can i get any home remedy or medication which i can use to get temporary relief

Normally root canal teeth are not sensitive. It could be an adjacent tooth that is causing the sensitivity. Consult a dentist and get an X-ray done to diagnose the cause of pain
