Get yourself checked. Only toothpaste is not the solution, toothpastes targets one specific part whereas dentist shall be able to evaluate it thoroughly to recommend the cause and treatment both Hope that helps

Hello Mam, Sensitivity that you experience can also be due to a cavity.in that case filling of it is needed . And try massaging sensitive paste first on the teeth and leave it for 2 min.then go ahead and brush it off. Start using a soft brush and reduce pressure when brushing
Next Steps
consult your dentist and get clinical examination done

If you have sensitive teeth, it’s possible some of your enamel has worn away. Tooth sensitivity occurs when the layer of a tooth underneath the enamel (called the dentin) or the layer covering the root (called cementum) is exposed along the gum line due to receding gums. To prevent 1.Don’t brush too hard 2.Avoid acidic foods and drinks
Next Steps
Ignoring your teeth can make things worse. Brush and floss twice a day to help keep your smile bright and pain-free. And see your dentist for a checkup

If the problem is in all teeth simultaneously,it may be related to the gastritis. Controlling that, in addition to using a desensitising paste, will help.     If the sensation is recurring in a particular area,it is likely to be a cavity,or something similar.      Pl spell out the difference.

Can be due to, 1. Cavities in tooth, can initially manifest as sensitivity(Deep for dentinal) 2. Chronic food lodgement followed by improper brushing of teeth leads to further accumulation of microorganisms, which forms calculus. Sometimes it results in sensitivity. 3. Chronic acidity, it leads to wearing off of enamel layer. Which further leads to sensitivity of teeth on hot or cold intake. In your case it's most probably presence of cavity in some tooth.
