Sensitivity & Broken corners of teeth
I am 24, Male.
Problem : Corners of my molar teeth (both left & right side) are broken, and they are still breaking.
One of the pre-molar teeth's corner is broken and it hurts whenever i chew anything.
Front teeth (both upper & down) has become extra sensitive. Even while drinking room temperature water it hurts on my from teeth.
I do brush twice a day from past many years.
I do intake milk and other dairy products on daily basis.
I do not have any habits of eating sweets or chocolate much.
Please help

Chipping off of edges of molars and other tooth can cause sensitivity. Maybe you have attrition which is causing sensitivity. Their are many reasons for attrition like brushing too hard or wrong brushing technique, intake of excessive acidic food. Treatment will depend upon the problem. And Need to know full history before diagnosing anything.
