Pls.take.an xray.with your dentist Can be adjacent tooth cavity or.abrasion .missed canal. Use can use senqueal ad mouthwash and sensodyne tooth paste for time being

Sometimes , our body shows slow response in terms of healing after rct & so the crown . But , still you can follow preventive measures like. .... 1 . don't chew from that side anything hard or sticky. 2. Maintain proper oral hygiene by following proper brushing technique with ultra soft toothbrush. 3.eat lots of vitamin C rich fruits like aawla, oranges, strawberry, etc. To improve immunity, and oral health.
