I had hole in a tooth for 4 years than i got it composite filling (that tooth with a hole was not paining Or was sensitive). But i have done filling 1 years ago till now my tooth is sensitive to more  cold. There's no pain but when by mistake I bite some hard food with that tooth I can feel pain will come. Will I require RCT?

Hello.. If the tooth is sensitive to cold only, then a refilling will solve the problem..RCT will not be required..
Next Steps
Go to dentist and confirm with an X ray before getting tooth refilled
Health Tips
Avoid biting on that side till it is treated

Dear practo user Please upload an x-ray of the tooth. Then we can assess the necessity of RCT.
Next Steps
Get an RVG or IOPA xray done
