Sensitive Teeth

From few months I'm feeling my sensitive teeth (feel cold and hot water) while drinking, it's becoming very difficult for me to take a drop of water into my mouth and because of that I have started taking less water (when needed only). I have also changed my toothpaste and started usind Sensodine, but don't think it's working. Please suggest?
