Hello, I have been getting a sensation of obstruction in my urethra since the last 2 months. It's an irritating symptom. There are no physical symptoms on the penis, but it feels as if something is stuck in my mid-part of the urethra, with or without urination This irritation remains all day. I had been given Cital Syrup for 1 month but it had no effect. I have been diagnosed with tender prostate before and I have had uroflowmetries done which indicated that I might have a possible BNO. I had done an MCU and RGU last year which were normal. Currently, my urine flow is low with hesitancy, dysuria and I have overactive bladder symptoms for which I was given medication before. I have taken Alfoo, Urotone, and Mirbeg for these problems. I don't prefer going for surgery because I am young and I fear it will have side effects for lifetime, and surgery doesn't ensure guaranteed success. Can someone suggest a cure for this problem, because the sensation I have is too irritating.
