Sensation in my front lower teeth

From past few days i have been having these tingling sensations continously in my front lower teeth..i am not able to understand the cause behind this.. i dont brush that rashly that it would hurt my teeth this way neither having hot cold combinations..can you suggest..please

Sensitivity can be due to pockets present between your teeth and gums ( loose gums) or it can be also due to enamel wear. Without professional examination its not possible to know the exact cause.

Hello, For the time being, use ShyNm tooth paste and senquel AD mouthwash. Apply Shy-nm on all the surfaces of teeth and leave it for 2 mins and then rinse with water. After 30 minutes, use Senquel-AD mouthwash in dilution with water in ratio of 1:1 and rinse for 2 minutes for 15 days It will reduce your sensitivity

You need a professional check up to determine the exact cause of hypersensitivity in your teeth. However this is not possible due to Lockdown now. You please follow the below mentioned instructions to keep your symptoms under control so that it does not aggravate further during this period. Brush your teeth twice daily with Colgate sensitive plus or Sensodyne Repair and Protect toothpaste. Rub the paste on your teeth with fingertip , keep for 2 minutes and then brush off. Mouthwash Senquel AD: Rinse with 1 capfull solution for 60 seconds twice daily for 15 days.

Use a very soft bristled toothbrush, brush in a massaging action on teeth and gums in gentle manner. Avoid cold, sour, and sweets as of now.
