Whenever I am having sweet thing, there is something lot of sensation in my right side teeth. Pls help

Sensitivity is caused due to wearing off of the tooth either by a cavity or wearing of tooth by hard tooth brushing.. usually a tooth coloured filling is done to treat it Please visit a nearby dentist & find out if it is one of these causes

Might be there is carious tooth or teeth in that area.Please visit dentist as soon as possible and get the basic treatment done.
