I am sending my my x-ray for your diagnosis. Please suggest me that which of my tooth or teeth is infected and please suggest the treatment.

Xray is of very poor quality... Though from seeing that it can be concluded that both first and second molars need root canal treatment...

Please go for the treatment of both- first and second molar. The cavity in the x ray shows that both the teeth needs to be treated as it is in between the two teeth.
