Hello sir,,, I am not sure why you have got this test done. Seminal analysis is mainly done to check the male fertility.
As per your report, colour, amount of semen, reaction (alkaline), liquefaction, viscosity and motility and the count, all are in normal limits and there are no doubts in that.
Coming to pus cells, 10 or more pus cells per hpf is considered as abnormal (suggests infection of ducts or glands of male sex organ) this condition is called as leukospermia. In your report it is 3-4 /hpf which is considered important only when there are signs or symptoms of infection or inflammation of male genital tract(including infertility) , it is difficult for me to judge with out other details of yours and physical examination.
