Anyway assuming that you are having premature ejacualtion. But before that would like to mention that it is common that a young individual of age 21 will ejaculate in sleep and it is perfectly normal. So before going to any treatment try masturbating and if the ejacualtion is still persisting then you need to consult a doctor. Thank you
