When i mastubrate and some semen always leak everytime and some pain in urethra like burning is it friction of mastubration when i mastubrate sometimes it leaks yellow semen is it urethra problem and i am facing some hard to pee situation i mean i dont pee as normal flow of urine pliz help and i am worried
