Hello sir, My semens used to leak out when ever am with my girlfriend.. Am feeling that am losing my weight because of it am getting tratmnt from Ayurveda but not getting any benifit plz suggest me something what's should I do sir

nothing to worry. its not seman, its secretion  of cowper glands. its comes during sexual thoughts  or during  foreplay. this type of secretions  also comes from woman's  vagina. these secretions  help in lubrication otherwise  s. intercourse will be painful. it has nothing  to do with ur health . so stop worrying.
