I am enquiring on behalf of my friend who had done intercourse after a very long time few weeks back and last time he did without any protection. Since then he is feeling irritation while urinating and also there is a drop or two of semen everytime after he urinates. He is worried about this and is enquiring for some medicines that can help as he is currently living in Bahrain and local hospitals there don't understand English properly so he is facing a tough time explaining them about his problem.
